Thank you for shopping with Ela Eternal Jewels. We take pride in our solid gold craftsmanship and design. Each piece is made with intention and care.

Return Eligibility

Due to the nature and value of solid gold jewelry, all sales are considered final. For this reason, we provide detailed product descriptions, measurements, and photos to help you choose with confidence.

That said, we understand that exceptional situations may arise. Return requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis with a possible restocking fee of up to 20% of cost of the items being returned.

What to do 

  • Submit return requests for eligible issues within 14 days of delivery.

  • Ensure items are returned in the condition they were received i.e. unworn, unaltered, with original packaging, and with all documentation.

  • Any sign of wear (scratches, bent metal, missing stones) may result in the return being declined or subject to a partial credit at our discretion.

Resolutions

If a return is approved and the item passes inspection, resolution may include repair, replacement, store credit, or refund, at the discretion of Ela Eternal Jewels.

Return Shipping

In the case of an approved return Ela Eternal Jewels will incur any shipping costs and will generate a return label for you. You must ship the item back within 14 days of receiving the return label, or the return will be voided.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued after we receive and inspect the returned merchandise. If the item is in the expected condition, within 7 business days you will be refunded to your original form of payment. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of cost of the items being returned. Banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process the refund. Items sent back without an approved return request will not be refunded.

As a small business we want to protect ourselves from fraudulent orders/returns which is why we have established the policy above.
